Arrive on St. Mary’s by air or sea – whichever way you choose, you’ll find travelling here a special experience.
By Air
Fly to St. Mary’s with Skybus, operated by the Isles of Scilly Steamship Company. Flights operate six days a week from Land’s End, Newquay and Exeter. Contact Skybus on 0845 710 5555 or visit www.islesofscilly-travel.co.uk.
By Sea
The Scillonian III is operated by the Isles of Scilly Steamship Company and sails from Penzance to St. Mary’s six days a week from March to October. The Steamship Company will be operating some Sunday sailings of the Scillonian III again this summer. Contact the Steamship Company on 0845 710 5555 or visit www.islesofscilly-travel.co.uk. Please note, if you are travelling on the Scillonian III and your luggage is labelled ‘The Wheelhouse’ it will be delivered to us by a local carrier for a fee of £1.50 per item. This saves waiting on the quay for luggage to be unloaded.
Please note:
There are no flights to the Islands on Sundays. Always check details with individual providers before booking accommodation with us. Once on Scilly, The Wheelhouse is ideally located in Hugh Town, the hub of St. Mary’s. Paulger’s Passenger Transport meets all Skybus flights at St. Mary’s airport and will drop you off at The Wheelhouse for a small charge.
